Sagebrook Health Center is a new state-of-the-art health center that is locally owned and operated. Whether customers require long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitative services or respite care, Sagebrook is an outstanding choice. The Center is certified to participate in both Medicare and Medicaid insurance programs with 124 licensed beds.

Ideally located only a few blocks from the newly constructed Scott & White Regional facility, the Seton Cedar Park Health Care Clinic, and the Department of Veterans Services medical complex. Sagebrook is in the heart of the Cedar Park medical community and is built to create a homelike setting. Each room has windows designed to bring in the outdoors and our peaceful, country setting includes an outdoor walking path, covered patio, garden flowers and serene surroundings.
