I wanted to let you know just how happy my brother and I were with the quality of your staff.  All of the nursing staff was excellent; it was obvious to me from the very beginning that they knew my father's condition and I felt like they were partners to my brother and me in taking care of our dad.  The friendliness of all the staff was remarkable.  As we walked down the halls, all of your staff made us welcome and always made an effort to communicate care and love to our father.  People were helpful, courteous, and responsive.  My brother and I want to say thank you for your care.  You made a difficult time for our family better.
